Driver Requirements
Basic Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean driving record (last 3 years)
- DOT physical and drug screen
- Professional appearance and attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- HAZMAT endorsement
- Experience with specialized freight
- Safety awards or recognition
- Previous employee driver experience
- Knowledge of ELD systems

Pay Calculator
CargoRx driver pay is based on mileage: $0.51/mile base + $0.09/mile per diem, with optional HAZMAT ($0.05/mile) and safety incentive ($0.07/mile) additions. At 2,500 miles per week, base earnings exceed $78,000 annually before bonuses.
